The quick-start manual to running flawless open play.
Start a session from the Dashboard. Use the Kiosk button at the top right to open the self-check-in screen so players can add themselves to the queue. You can also manually add players via the "+ Add Player" button.
Navigate to the Queue tab. Click "Pull 4" to stage the next group of players.
Pro tip: If a player has been waiting over 15 minutes, their timer turns red. Turn on "Smart AI" in the Dashboard to automatically match players by skill level and wait time!
Assign staged players to open courts. Click the TV button and cast that window to a monitor so players can see match assignments.
When a game finishes, record the score. The algorithm updates their ELO and puts them back into the stack based on your rotation rules.
Click End Session when finished. You can instantly export a perfectly formatted CSV for DUPR, or download the nightly player stats to your computer.
